SMT IV- Descent of the Archangels

it's been awhile since I drew an art for this account, felt it was time I changed that.



here's the archangels from Shin Megami Tensei IV, just drew them up in a cuter kirby like style.

boy, are these guys hard to draw, it's super hard to make out all their details, and it doesn't help that there's only references for them in one pose. did my best and guestimated some details.

uriel, you were the death of me, none of your limbs match, a ton of different colored details, just ah, the other guys are complex too sure, but at least they have balance in their designs.

this was fun and a nice change of pace. just recently beat the game on the law side, boy, does this game have a good story.

the archangel designs in this game are great, really unique and ominous, but it's clear they're designed for that single pose, so many little details and differing parts they're hard to move the limbs around

enjoy how the light effect turned out, tried something different for it.
